Rainbow Lodge:

First floor is handicapped-accessible. Request a first floor room in the note field below for priority.

Covid:

Covid is still with us. A weaker mutation, but still contagious. Wear a mask if you choose. Just remember to sing loud. (Which is good advice for all of us, Arlo)

Concerts:

We have enough seating in the concert space to share the music. Extra tickets for family and friends can be reserved up to a week ahead. Email: registration@nwautoharp.org to find out more.

Cancellation Policy:

If you are not able to attend, we may not be able to refund the entire registration fee. The festival portion of the fee is fully refundable, however we cannot return committed expenses. Any cancellation request must be made by email to registration@nwautoharp.org. Determination of the refund amount will be made after the event, when we have accounted for committed expenses.
